With the help of this guide, Fortnite fans will learn everything they need to know about December 2022’s Reboot Rally so that they can start rebooting and earning some free cosmetic rewards to add to their in-game lockers.
How The Reboot Rally Works
The Reboot Rally event is all about incentivizing gamers to play Fortnite and explore the new season with all its latest weapons, mechanics, and map changes. Returning or new players have to team up with active players and complete a few quests in order to earn points that unlock exclusive time-limited rewards. The Reboot Rally event is available until December 10, 2023, at 9 AM ET - a week longer than the Winterfest event.
Active players are those that have played at least two hours of Fortnite in the 30 days previous to December 12, 2022. The game considers new and returning players who haven’t played two hours within that same time frame.
To Rally a friend, players simply have to click their name if they have a reboot symbol next to their picture and then select “Rally ’em back.”
Earning 50 points unlocks the On Focus emoticon, earning 100 points unlocks the Controlled Focus wrap, earning 150 points unlocks the Vision Board glider, and lastly, earning 200 points unlocks the Snikt! Snikt! emote - a Wolverine emote part of the Zero War set. Players can gather points by completing the following quests:
The quests that require players to complete daily quests will reset every day which means that even if the players complete all the other quests they’ll still have to redo this one to acquire all the necessary points to get the Snikt! Snikt! emote.
