For some, this list can be considered a walk down memory lane, as very few players ever had any experience with the Zapotron, the very first weapon vaulted in the game (after being available for a short period). Others may be glad to see some Fortnite weapons vaulted, as some were unpopular decisions in the first place, such as the Infinity Blade.

Luckily, vaulted items aren’t always gone forever. Several Fortnite items that have been vaulted have been re-added, whereas several of the items, such as the smoke grenade, has also featured in the Unvaulted Limited-Time Mode. Sometimes, the points between items being added and vaulted are also incredibly short, with the contentious Infinity Blade drawing the most attention.

But speaking of items being added, a recent Fortnite leak has suggested that a suppressed sniper rifle could soon be coming to the battle royale mode, though it will be much weaker than other sniper rifles in the game. It does come with the benefit of not giving away a player’s location, however. It’s also worth mentioning that the Save the World mode already has a suppressed sniper rifle, but it is not an incredibly popular weapon.

Whether that changes in the Battle Royale mode remains to be seen, but in the meantime, players have plenty to keep them busy. With the season 7 week 5 challenges recently going live, Fortnite season 7 is officially at the midway point, so players wanting to unlock that coveted Ice King skin need to be at the top of their game.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
