To note, Season 7 Week 2 is set to begin on Tuesday, June 15, and it is then that these new Alien Artifacts will become available. As such, players that are reading this guide before that date should not attempt to visit the locations detailed below, as they will simply not find anything there. Instead, they can focus on collecting all of Fortnite’s Week 1 Alien Artifacts, of which there are five.

Fortnite: Alien Artifacts (Week 2)
Players can find the first of this week’s Alien Artifacts at the building with the satellite dish to the west of Believer Beach, a named location that many will know as Sweaty Sands. There is a structure just northeast of Pleasant Park, near the spire, and there is an Alien Artifact hiding behind it. For this Alien Artifact, fans should look around the bridge that is directly south of Corny Complex. The fourth Artifact in Fortnite Season 7 Week 2 is near the tower that is to the northeast of Retail Row. In order to collect the final Alien Artifact this week, players must navigate to the small island that is situated directly north of Misty Meadows.
With these new additions, there are now a total of 10 Alien Artifacts to collect from Fortnite’s map, giving players a good start on unlocking the various Kymera customizations. However, some fans may not be satisfied with this amount, and they may want to turn to alternative sources. Fortunately, there is another method for obtaining Alien Artifacts, though pursuing it can prove to be slightly tricky.
More specifically, players can earn additional Alien Artifacts by opening Cosmic Chests in Fortnite, but that can only be done in Duos, Trios and Squads. Indeed, fans must work with others to access the contents of these caches, and that may be problematic for those that prefer to play the game solo. Even still, this option is available, and it is one that players that are trying to customize their Kymera skins as quickly as possible may want to consider.
Fortnite is available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
